Question about camper

So Julian's in my campsite but I don't have any slots left. If a villager were to say today that they were thinking of moving and I let them go, would that mean a slot would be available for me to be able to convince Julian to move in (even though the moving villager hasn't officially left yet)?

Nope. The slot wouldn't be available until that villager has moved out.

This happened to me too today. I had Flurry in my campsite. T______T

I had the same problem with Marshal. Apparantly people can get villagers from your campsite but nothing has been proven with proof.
