Today, i send one collectible to wrong user and i buy in the shop, Collectible Correction by 50 tbt.

Really how this works?

Do I need to contact someone to explain what was the mistake?

Yes. You buy it and configure it, which takes you to a page to fill out the form (what collectible you sent, who it should have been sent to and what not). After hitting submit, I assume it's sent to a staff board, where they can see and take care of your request when they have time
