Question...about amiibos

To get Wolf Link you have to have a Link Amiibo right? Does it have to be a certain one? Or will any Link Amiibo work? I ordered Zelda for my ever growing collection of Amiibos, and I really wanna get the toon link and zelda from Wind Waker...would that Link amiibo work?

It has to be the wolf Link amiibo to get Wolf Link. I don't know if the other two you mention are compatible with this game.

It can be any Link amiibo to get Wolf Link, I used smash Link. Not sure about the new amiibos, assume they would be compatible and the toon Link would give Medli and the other would give wolf Link

It is Wolf Link, Link, or Zelda. I used Zelda to get him.
Sheik gives you Epona.
Toon link gives you Medli
Ganondorf gives you Ganon

yeah, like andy said, toon link gets you medli. you need a grownup link for wolf link.
