I'm more of a lurker than a poster, but I really need a bit of advice now... I'm about 3 days off getting my golden watering can but just logged on and found a pesky gyroid sitting in a flower bed, I must've dropped it yesterday to out something in my bag and forgotten to pick it back up later. I checked with Isobel and the satisfaction message was different to all the other days. Does this mean I need to wait another 15 days for the perfect rating? It was my first login of the day and I just powered off rather than saving properly. If I was to time travel back to yesterday would I be able to fix this by picking up the gyroid, or would it not work? Obviously my turnips would spoil, but I can cope with that in this instance... Does anyone have any advice?

Going back a day wouldnt change it, as the game saves automatically when you go in as your mayor, so it has already saved as not being perfect. Unfortunately you will have to start from the beginning of the 15 days
If I'm allowed 1 item on the ground then I'm sure it's ok, I was just worrying unnecessarily as the message was different today than it has been every other time I've checked.
"Grest galloping grasshoppers! Were I to give this town a rating, I'd say that it's exemplary old bean!" It's been the one about Pave wanting to sprawl out on the ground for the past 10 days.
