PWP question

Okay so I've been noticing a lot more PWP requests from villagers I just became best friends with (sending me letters randomly in the mail and what-not) has this happened to anyone else?

I don't think I've experienced that...I think it's only based on the random factor.
But maybe that this can happen I don't know !

Yeah,the villagers will ping you more often once you have a high level of friendship with them.I also tend to get more PWP requests after I have a couple of PWPs built.

Maybe I should send some of my villagers gifts/letters in the mail. I have only had 1 new request since I started my town late January. No one has pinged me to build anything else. I don't know how many benches (already have 2) and street lamps (already have 2) I'll need to build, lol.
