PWP question! Urgent

Hello everyone I'm not sure if this question has been answered already. I looked in google but couldn't find it . We'll I got the custom design sign pwp and I guess you can only put signs you made. Is there any way at all you can put up QR codes on the designs ?

No, unless you were to redesign it yourself or get someone else to design it and they show you how to make it (e.g. a pic of the colours and how to put the pixels on the tile)
