PWP - how to?

the villagers will randomly request them from time to time. certain personality types can only request certain pwp's c:
how do you know which ones will request which ones? I haven't had any new ones in quite a long time.

but how do I get them to ask for things again? Do i need a perfect town score for them to ask?no they will just ping you. you don't need to have a perfect town. what you do need is 100% approval rating. did you just start your town?
if this is not the case you can use the diving trick where you go swimming to the farthest location stay there for about 10 minutes, come back and walk around your villagers and one will ping you BUT it will not always be about a pwp though. villagers can also ping you about changing their catchphrase, selling you an item. a way to prevent this is fill your pockets with seashells and flowers.

No ive had my town since june last year, I get pinged about them wanting to change their catch[hrases, and wanting fruit and things like that but cant get them to ping me for a pwp. Last one I had was from rooney i think begining of dec wanting a zen garden.
