I have just looked up Justin's closing ceremony post where he published the figures of feathers sold

Blue feather. 64 sold
Green feather. 42 sold
Yellow feather. 38 sold
Red feather. 36 sold
Pink feather. 30 sold
Purple feather. 30 sold
White feather. 26 sold

Fair pinwheel I asked him about and there were about 30 given out plus one to each member of staff

I recommend approaching people for feathers rather than waiting for them to come to you. I got all my collectibles in a short amount of time by just asking people if they were interested in selling.
