Hmm sorry but I'll have to say no because the nose is only 80 bells at Labelle. If you would want an orderable item for just the nose I'd be happy to do that trade though.

Going to update some items later after sleeping. I haven't been able to do any orders today because I had to move out Hamlet for someone which took a long time (due to the amount of bells offered and having to count them etc.). I also had to pick up Mira and move her into town (will have to place her plot in a decent spot in the morning).
