Puck won't ping!

So I heard today from another villager that puck is moving, which is good, but he won't ping me to tell me lol, I've saved and quit multiple times already and try and reset pings and still he just keeps on minding his business lol.

Should I just assume he's gonna move anyway?

Talked to him once, then reset pings, now he told me ^^"

Ah,yeah...I was gonna say that you probably hadn't talked to him in a while.He's not all that popular but somebody that's a hockey fan might want to adopt him from you.
