PSP problem

it wont turn on. i charge it and the charge light is on but it still wont turn on!!!

She is a girl. And this happened to me, I'd take it to GameStop or something and let them check it out. I ended up having to get a new PSP.

Did you make sure the battery pack is in all the way?
