PS4 backwards compatability?

Im getting a ps4 very soon, but want to know if I'll be able to play Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 on it? I heard sony is making a streaming service, but I'm not sure how it works. Or will work or whatever....

PS4 isn't backwards compatible, the thing you were describing/thinking of is PS Now which is a rental program.

It's why I kept my PS3. Wasn't about to rebuy games when I have the urge and lose out on a vast majority of titles purchased over the years.
