There is nothing you can do about the search function. It is down on Zetaboards.

However you could use a search engine and search within the site, http://forums.the-bell-tree.com

Most will let you do it in the advanced section. I believe to do it on Google you just type what you are searching for then site:http://forums.the-bell-tree.com

It doesnt always find everything, but it is better than nothing
