Problem with the Perfect Town

Hello,

no matter what I do, I become not the perfect Town and I just do not know anymore.

My Town has:

118 Fruit Trees
37 Trees
12 Cedar Trees
16 Palms
100+ Flowers

Public Works Projects:

1x yellow bench
1x zen bench
1x Fountain
1x Street Lamp
1x Flower Arch
1x Campsite
1x Fire Pit
2x Torch
1x Fire Hydrant
1x Wind Turbine
1x Square Topiary
1x Circle Topiary
1x Tulip Topiary

Isabella says that the Town is too little developed and too many unused areas.


I hope someone can help me.

Hmm, I recently got it and I know you need 30 public works projects, to talk to all your villagers regularly, no weeds/etc, water your flowers when you can, and don't leave items laying out on the ground. Have you talked to Isabelle and asked her about citizen satisfaction? Usually, she gives you a clue about what you need to fix Hope I could help!

Have you checked for any weeds or things such as furniture or perhaps fruits rotten or not left on the ground? I certainly had less PWP and trees than you (though I had some shrubs/bushes) and got a perfect rating and maintained it for over 15 days.

Too many trees, false or too many PWP,
i have no idea what the problem is.

Can you put the Caf? in? That could help with the empty space.
Check with her the next day and see what she says. I planted some trees and the rating was the same. The next day I checked with her and my rating was better. Think you have to wait to be sure the trees take. Adding a lot of flowers helps. I went to the island and went on tours to fill the empty spots. Got some shrubs from the island and planted a few around the houses.

I passed the challenge in my guest town along time ago. During scorpion and tarantula season I removed some trees and PWP. Each time I removed a PWP the rating went higher. After removing 7 PWP and some trees I had the highest rating possible.

No, the Caf? i havent. but this is the next PWP that I build.
Should the Caf? not reach, then the last PWP is the Policestation.

If it still not enough and Isabelle says still the same, i have no plan more.

Maybe you have some burrowed furniture/clothes etc And i think you need the PWP spread around tour town and not have like all of them in one place, i dont know doe

Are your PWPs well spread out? I have my cafe in the center and a few in every corner. I do know you don't need 30 PWPs for perfect town (was nowhere near 30 when I got my PT rating and I've maintained said rating for weeks now), and I'm STILL not at 30.

Your greenery is fine. I would focus on just spreading your PWPs out a little more and making sure none of your areas lack attention. Even if it's just a small PWP, like a bench, it'll count for developing one of the sectors.

Take down a PWP one day at a time, then slowly rebuild and see what happens.

In my very first town I removed a bench and something else and poof! Isabelle said perfect town!!
