If a villager gets adopted, will it still go to main street? I haven't seen any villagers that I've adopted out in main street and it's really confusing

Yes they'll still go to your Main Street. They won't be there straightaway though. And I think you have to have at least 5 villagers move out before they start to appear on your main street

yes. they will. i transferred julian from my second town to my first and he appeared in my main street after i cycled out more villagers.
