I checked the board this morning and saw that they're paying extra for a Water Pump. I went ahead and crafted three, went to sell, and got 16,200 bells. I immediately crafted 10 more for an easy 54,000. I customized one to see if it added to the value, and it does not, so save the paint.
Every time I go on an Island Tour, I raze the ground, bottom to top, and store all gained materials. I imagine this is a great way to turn them into cold, hard bells.
