Price Check Julian //uh i don't really know if i should post this inquiry here...

Julian isn't as popular as Marshal.

Julian usually sells for 5 million to 30 million. I think the 40-50 million area is really REALLY overpriced. That's moreso what I would expect for Stitches.

But it's impossible for Marshal show up as one of the 5 initial villagers (unlike Stitches). Thus he's rarer and sells higher. Marshal is definitely worth over 60 million in my opinion.

Good luck finding a home for Julian. I personally would never pay for him, but I would be willing to pay around 1 million for my dreamies, well, the ones that are actually popular among others.

Indeed they're both rare characters, but that doesn't change the fact that Julian's not as popular as Marshal. Hippeux is a rare character as well, but he never sells.

What I meant that Marshal was rarer than Stitches because you can't constantly reset your town to look for Marshal as an initial villager.

Considering how ridiculously easy it is to make money in this game, I was never really surprised about villager prices. If you hunt beetles alone, you can make 1 million bells in less than 30 minutes. While TTing for a villager to move out can take tedious hours and it risks other villagers to move out as well. I'd assume villager prices would be at least 10 million if the other party has to TT at all.

I had Stitches, Ankha, Bruce, Bettina, and Rod as my first 5.

I got really lucky when I started up and used Stitches and Ankha as trading fodder rather than selling them off.

The highest I've seen him go for is 100 mil on Gamefaqs. You more than likely will not get anything near that on TBT. On here, I've seen up to 50 mil. Which is still ridiculously high.
