Prerequisites before restarting town

Could someone give me a checklist of things to do before restarting my town? I think I've just about finished, but I wanted to check that I've done everything.

I can't think of anything except transferring things and villagers you want to keep to another town and making sure all your money is on your bank account so it counts towards the town value.
