Right now i save all my ors so when they are up for premium i will sell them. Is their a certian list that are premium so i know what to save?

As far as a list, I haven't seen one. I know there are some specific bugs and fish Reese will see extra for, I'm pretty sure one of those are the moth and sea bass. Maybe sharks? I've also seen clothes, furniture, ore (as you said) and random fruits, both perfect and non perfect.

Sometimes Reese will pay extra for any furniture. The ice set pieces sell for 8,888, and the Pave set sells for 12,000, normally I think. Festivale is coming up soon.
a non-conclusive list: tools, pants, dresses, socks, shirts, accessories, hats, gyroids, fossils, non-native fruit, native fruit, non-native perfect fruit, perfect native fruit, flowers, fish, furniture, wallpaper, carpet, bugs, shells......
essentially, any non-trash item (eg: anything you don't have to pay reese to get rid of!) can be on the premium board. there's no way to predict what will be on the board. it can be a specific item (eg: zebra turkeyfish), a category of items (eg: shirts), or a type of item (eg: sharks). i'd recommend keeping items which can sell for a lot more with premium on (expensive furniture, sharks, beetles and perfect fruit) if you have the patience, but it's often not worthwhile as it can take months!!
