I have to look for it. I found it on YouTube I think? The person datamining, their name began with a N? Anyway they were right about previous updates.

He said vegetables were found, a museum shop, Brewster, and the last building may be another Nooks Cranny upgrade. Google it and you may find it.

You have to think too. This is a cash cow for Nintendo. They are going to keep updating it to keep the game relevant for as long as possible. More content keeps it in gaming news and sells more switches.

I’ll be happy with anything, but I’m really hoping there will be another NPC for sea creature models, or maybe CJ will be updated with that option. QOL updates would be welcomed.

My hope is gyroids + Cafe + Cranny upgrade! But I expect just the Dream Suite at this point, and MAYBE Kapp'n.

I hope the “real estate” item found in a previous update means we’ll be able to add new (optional, just to head off the ONLY TEN fanatics) additional villager plots in the future

i think the empty space on the left side of the airport will be turned into a little letter sending area that rotates pelly and phylis. the fireworks, to me, doesn’t make sense because we’ve already had fourth of july (though it is an american holiday) and it would make sense to do that update closer to the new year.

the farming that dataminers have found sounds really cool, but somewhere deep inside feels really skeptical that it’s really going to happen. it doesn’t seem animal crossing-esque. but, if it going to happen, this fall seems like a good time to do so. pumpkins! *jazz hands*

I just hope gyroids don't come back.
If they do, make them optional because they appear the day after it rains, and it rains almost every day on my island, and I don't want to hurl my switch in to a wall after being driven nuts by digging up (useless to me aside from timpanoids and Brewstoids) three gyroids every single day.

Japanese fireworks festivals primarily take place in August.

Fireworks on Friday nights I'm guessing unless they can coexist with KK. Or KK is going to be special with the fireworks for August. Probably some limited time festival furniture and clothes. I'm guessing more yukatas and taiko drum.

I'm going to take a super wild and hopeful guess: new villagers. Either 8 for each personality or a whole new species.

Having Brewster in game would be cool! I didn’t really think of fireworks part pf the update but a lot of people on the forum mentioned it so maybe there’s that?
I would really love to see new furniture added though! Even if it’s just 1-2 sets lol.
Also in previous data mines they’ve mentioned farming and cooking so hopefully that’s true!

I definitely think that fire works are coming back, and I also hope that nooks cranny gets an update or we will be able to visit Kapp'n Island! I would love for Brewster and The Dream Suite to return, however I feel like Brewster would be a autumn or winter update.

I'm thinking Japanese inspired, like an outdoor festival? Like the new tanabata tree might be a hint? So I think of different stalls, like food items. That'd be nice. Idk.

I'm guessing that it will be a few minor festivals lined up (like fireworks). Maybe the Nook's Cranny upgrade if we are lucky? I hope so! That is the feature that I want most right now.
