Pre-Order Real or Fake?

So I've seen the link on Amazon to pre-order AC 3DS, but I'm not sure if it's real or fake.. can someone confirm it?

Any pre-order you find for AC3DS is real but any release dates are false until announced by Nintendo.

Nintendo hasn't let us know the American release date yet so I wouldn't believe them.

Oh and the GameStop release date is probably wrong since we're going to be seeing the game released in Fall (hoping we'll get a release date at E3) and August is classed as Summer...

I have doubts that we will get an official release date tomorrow, but that is just my luck...

I DO hope that we do get one for America and Europe/United Kingdom tomorrow.
