So I pre-ordered something from Gamestop and I wanna cancel it. Since I haven't done it before, I want to know what happens.

Like, do they keep the down payment give, you get the cash back, or give you store credit?
Someone give me the rundown please :3

You don't need a receipt to cancel a preorder and get cash back... I did it with Monster Hunter Tri (damn GameStop made me preorder to get the demo, even though it's supposed to be 100% FREE), and all they needed was my phone number.
