I second "Clue"...though you said you've already seen a lot of the ones already mentioned.
"Shrek" is a comedy! Granted, the first movie was the best of the four, but they're all still funny.
Umm...how about "Ice Age"? That's a comedy, right? I think it's a comedy. "A Goofy Movie" is rated a musical comedy. Uh...dunno how available it is these days, but it's a good one. So was "Adams Family Values"...again, not sure on the availability of it these days, but I still remember it being hilarious; "Office Space", as well.
"How to Train Your Dragon"...most likely you've seen it, but I'm just throwing out more ideas, here.
Most of them aren't pure comedy movies, and have other genres tagged to them, but you can still get a good laugh out of them.
Oh! Another funny classic is "Honey, I Shrunk the Kids"...again, sorta old movie compared to the current year, but I feel I should mention it.
