Post your dream map

This was my old town map and I thought it was absolutely perfect.
Even if Retail was near the top, it wasn't that much effort to run from the beach since it was in direct line from the dock.
My house and another character's house was placed next to each other with a bit of distance and my house was in line with the bridge.
It love cherries because perfect cherries look amazing and this town had them too.
So much regret for resetting this town. /sobs

My perfect map has...
one long beach rather than two beaches separated by a waterfall
town hall above event plaza
event plaza in a corner rather than somewhere central
re-tail close to the docks and possibly close to the event plaza if that's even possible
a large, winding river with a nook and a cranny to put my campsite/house in
and cherries as the native fruit c:

but that's impossible and I have none of those criteria hahahh

If ACNL had a map creator (not hacking), this is what I'd make my town look like (I'm just going to describe it as best as I can without making a bad attempt to draw it out).

Beach: The beach would face west and have a vertical access at acre D-3 (at the center of the map), and a side access at acre C-1 (below the mouth of the river). The dock would be directly south of the access ramp at D-3.

River: I'd have a river that starts at C-5 and goes C-4, C-3, C-2 (large pond), B-2, B-1. This is the river that starts near the cliff and goes directly west about 3/4 of the map where the large pond is at the corner where it turns north for a short distance before turning west again and going until it reaches the cliff.

Re-Tail: I'd like it at acre A-2 directly west of the train station. I'd go with the pond west of Re-Tail since I think it is the least obstructive. I don't want any small ponds other than that.

Town Hall: I'd put it at acre A-4 directly east of the train station. I'd go with the town hall with the single rock that is kind of out of the way.

Event Plaza: I'd put it at acre B-4 southeast of the train station and south of Re-Tail. I'd go with the plaza with the northeast rock since that would probably be the easiest to work paths around.

Mayor's House: I'd place it somewhere south of Re-Tail where I have a decent amount of space between the house and the river and Re-Tail.

Police Station: I'd put it between the train station and town hall.

Cafe: I'd probably put it east of the town hall, though I might not want to put it there depending on how much space I have left until the eastern boundary.

Campsite: I'd put it northeast of the pond if I have enough space in that area to make an entire campground. Otherwise, I'd try north of the beginning waterfall.

Fruit: I'd go with peaches as my native fruit.

Other: I don't want any more rocks or small ponds except the ones I have to have with each of the major buildings. I'd plot all of my villagers south of the river (if possible) to leave plenty of space on the northern half for flowers, orchards and PWPs. I'd place my bridges one on the very western part of the river, one in the center of the map to align with the beach access south of it, and one somewhere near the eastern end of the river.

So basically, I like all my major buildings to be close together and I want to be able to make as many straight paths as possible. I want plenty of open space. I like a long beach with two access points and a hidden beach.

If anyone has something that looks similar to my dream map, I'd appreciate it if you posted it, but I'm not interested in going through the effort to create another town and I really wouldn't want to map reset to try to get my dream map.
