I'm thinking about getting a third copy of the game for a theme town. But I need a theme. Any suggestions?

I'm doing a lot of trades and each of my characters have different things and different things catalogued, so I often have to switch between characters to get everything people want.
Also, my mayor has all the money, and my second side character has the most pocket space.
