The best I have come across thus far is the Pink Sea. DA: 5100-2140-1457
I highly recommend for people who like girly, pink stuffs like I do

If you like girly pink stuff, I 1000% recommend Pastelia. DA: 4100-2171-4940 It's so adorable and pink and amazing. Probably one of my all-time fave dream towns so far. Some other ones are below, and they're all pretty natural-themed.

Westeros: 7200-2254-4147

Note: I can't remember Westeros but I know for sure North and Domina are hacked towns. (Just stuff like plants in the river and things like that)

Bluewood: 6000-5410-0896 - A blue forest town that doesn't overdo its theme, so even if you aren't fond of the color for some reason it's still a delightful place to visit. (note: lightly hacked, not game breaking in any way)

Vieques: 4800-5782-1713 - A very, very pink town that manages to be both active and relaxing at the same time. Gorgeous vistas and creative layouts all around! (note: heavily hacked, although still very playable)

There's also my own. I think the two I listed are better but I did pour a ton of work into mine and I'm rather proud of how it's come out so far.

These are my favorite dream addresses and I think are very well done! My idea of best dream town ever means both the outdoor, landscaping, gardening, house interior & exterior designing have to be finished/well done while also following a really good theme. I have different standards for hacked towns though because they have more freedom to design but yeah , enjoy!
