I've gotten a few notifications underneath that category, but I have no idea what it really is. I'm not exactly a new member, I just never fully learned about this forum. Can someone please explain what it is to me? Thank you!

Under your profile there's a thumbs up icon with a number to the right of it. Basically it just means how many people liked your comment.

you click the thumbs up icon at bottom left of a post to let the author know you agree with them/like their post/ thank them for their post. its part of the "quality control" rules here too-- the forum prefers we use the thumbs up click instead of making simple "i agree" or "thanks" posts...
