you got tons! tbt is used to pay for most things on the site.look at the side bar on your post that says bells.
thats what it is! igb is in game bells , bells in the game . its not used much, but it can be used to buy somethings. you can actually buyout if you want!

If you look to the left of your comment, where your picture and information are. Below your join date and post count is a slot called "Bells:", which are also known on this site as TBT. IGB are the bells used in the actual game of AC:NL. It stands for in-game-bells.
