Pokemon Z is confirmed, its most likely out in Japan.

But as for Plus and Minus, that was a little joke some people made about X and Y's name.
I too, had a funny idea about Plus and Minus.

I bet the Flare Girls are gonna split Zygarde into 100 Cells and 5 Cores, and before you get to the Elite 4, they're gonna have their feature Pokemon fuse up, and your pitiful not-fused Pokemon aren't gonna stand a chance. Until, the POWER OF FRIENDSHIP!! Yaaaaaay!!

There's only 4 Flare Girls. The 5th is an almost bald fatass named Xerosic.

Also, the plot for Z is best described as "Team Flare needs Zygarde's juice (not the fruit juice) for world domination".
