Gideon - Thanks, i guess... for defending me... unless you're insulting me too. I don't have a team just for wins. I randomly picked out pokemon I thought were going to do great. See Goodra? One of it's previous evolve-forms say that it's one of the weakest pokemon ever. Hear that, Fireninja? You didn't have to offend me. You really didn't. People have choices whether they want to be offensive or not. Goodra can knock down my big brother's whole team, not that that matters.

Oh no don't worry, I wasn't insulting you, I was just putting my perspective in place. I personally find that using my favorites, which are mostly never used the most fun. Everyone is more than welcome to play as they wish the way I see it, some people like to use very "standard" competitive teams using the "strongest" Pokemon purely to win, and I don't find that fun; however, some people do find it fun, so that's the difference between them and me. Also, I wasn't saying your team was made just for wins, and even if it was, it's your team, you can do as you please as far as I'm concerned.

Gyarados is a physical attacker with high Attack, not Special Attack Thunder Fang would be better.

thunderbolt is better, just in my opinion, and according to its data... still sad.

thanks! I use favorites, too. In the beginning, everyone was dissing me just because of my choice of pokemon, which techincally means i'm not really allowed to have a favorite because they are too weak. Plus, they are strong too. They caught pokerus when they reached level 100 though... idon't know how... must've been the gyrados i got from wonder trade. It had pokerus.



I made a mistake earlier about thunderfang. It depends on the pokemon you're using, but in most cases thunderbolt would be best, and why do I keep typing "thinderbolt"?

when magikarp uses splash, it can leap over mountains.

That's Sp. tho isn't it. ;-; In doubles, using raindance on another pokemon and then having a gyrarados using thunder [100% chance from its normal of 70%] would be the only reason why I would see using it over an attacking move ;o;

i released a whole box of phiones onto WT some time ago. when i was doing this (i remember that i gave this person a different mon, just can't remember what) i got a shiny lv. 1 zorua with all perfect ivs from unova. i love it and i never let it evolve so it's lv. 100 now. i get 50% foreign and i got one other shiny (a petilil). WT is actually really fun. i don't competitive battle so i just use my yveltal, braixen, and zorua. theyre all lv. 100, yveltal having Fly; Phantom Force; Dragon Rush; and Oblivion Wing, braixen having Flamethrower; Thief; Flame Charge; and Psyshock, and zorua having Shadow Ball; Nasty Plot; Night Daze; and Dark Pulse . don't judge my pokemon ok but id appreciate if someone could tell me better moves for them.

ok lunamoon, chill. i'm sorry.
but i'd like some advice for a well-rounded team for everyday battles. my brother says i should ditch yveltal but that would leave me with just braixen and zorua. recommendations would be nice (like who you like for tanks or sweepers) so i can try and get into competitive fighting.
