Doesn't surprise me. Maybe they're part of a company that reviews games. Makes sense to get the game early so they can play through it and review it. I saw reviews for GTA V before it officially was released. If they don't review games, then... it could have simply been released early in spots by accident.
I thought they release it mistake, isn't that suppose to be uhm the beta testers will test the game and give review or something?

No, beta testers make sure that there are no glitches and such (unless I'm mistaken). But because it's near the release date, people who are reviewing the game do that kind of thing for a living.
People who review pretty much anything, are pretty likely to get an advanced copy for the finished product. It's not always true, but it definitely applies if you have the connections and the company itself is known... something like that. XD

Kosthedin did he caught the Meowstic pre-evo Espurr, I believe that the stat or Pokedex entry image for it was caught by XanderO.
Currently This instagram user, Jadieekong is posting leaks, she has had to have a temporary stop due to work, but she has found the middle evolution of the Fletchling line.
Though these 'losers' have to be careful otherwise they will be in some deep legal problems, Kosthedin got lucky and only had to remove the images.

Nintendo Were Apparently So Angry Regarding Pokemon X Leak They Flew Someone Out To Get It Back. This is all I've heard about Nintendo and the leak.
