I was skeptical about a few things in this battle. First, I'm pretty sure that they hacked. A shiny Groudon and Rayquaza at the same time, along with a normal Kyogre, all in Master Balls? It's preeeety strange! Also why didn't Manaphy wake up after the rest?!?!
