Female Espurr that's Modest natured with Competitive (AKA, her HA) as an Ability.
Male Espurr that's Calm natured with Prankster (AKA, his HA) as an Ability.

They don't need Eggmoves but it'd be neat if the Male has Yawn.

I can offer these, One Espurr for one Shiny (Sorry it's not much of a big choice...)

Does your Meowstic/Espurr you're breeding with the Ditto have their Hidden nature? I got alot of Own Tempo Espurrs when I was breeding for a Shiny Espurr a few weeks back.
