You can try to find Facebook groups or other sites that giveaway 6IV foreign Dittos. That's is how I got an extra. If you want, you can have mine. It's Japanese even though it's name is 6IVs.

Ability is Ice Body
I'm just looking for a Fem Shiny Ralts (or one of it's evolved forms), Shiny Eevee, Shiny Fem Snorunt, or a Jirachi.
I will happily listen to other Shiny offers. Jirachi is the only Legendary I really want. I have a few starters (not shiny) to add if necessary.

The Attack stat increases 10% then it usually is, while it decreases Special Attack 10%

When you go to the pokemon's summary in the pc, you turn to the second page and it says it at the top
Depending on the pokemon, Adamant is the best nature for it. Such as the case with mawile.
Might be easier if you tell us what IV roll has that characteristic.
