Anyone need an almost perfect Gible?

31/31/x/x/x/31 Jolly, Rough Skin. Outrage and Iron Head egg moves. It's also fully EV trained, 252 Atk and Spd, 4 HP. I trained the wrong one.
Looking for similar IV Pokemon, preferably something that can fill either a heal support or tank role in my team. Better if the 31s are in stats needed for those roles.

Not really too picky, there's plenty of shiny pokemon I'm after[chespin or squirtle for starters. Shiny chespin would finish my shiny 6th gen starter collection off though x3]

Also looking for a shiny female pikachu[though I'm gonna start trying to get one via breeding soon, as I do want her to have a certain name]
