breeding rotom is starting to become a pain when you've only got a 4 IV Rotom (x/x/31/31/31/31) and a Ditto with 2 IV's (31/x/x/31/x/x) I must have used up maybe 3 boxes now.

You could use Power Items for Ditto, Chikusho. they're guaranteed to pass down an IV
