Ability: Hustle (Not the good one, but can be swapped using an Ability Capsule for 200 BP)

Moves: Encore, Follow Me, Bestow, Wish

For Froakie, Modest would be best, since he is a special Attacker. Anything that boosts Sp Atk and does not hurt Speed is ok, though.

You're better off going Timid on Froakie. Speed is king for a Pokemon that can't take a hit, and has enough offensive power thanks to Protean (which you better be running).
