iirc it was told that the starter evos were gonna be kept a secret this time. So we won’t know anything about them until the game releases. or if someone leaks the entire pokedex

I'm genuinely frustrated that they've kept the starters a secret. Do they think that the starters are the only thing holding the people's interest or something?

really annoys me how people ripped on gen 5 pokemon designs and said how bad they were. Now all of a sudden they all fall in love with all of these stupid and lazy gigantamax forms? seriously?? all they did was stretch meowth out but oh wait... memes...

I have yet to see wonderful designs that overshadow the bad. I was annoyed with s/m at first but then they brought out Mareanie, Toxipex, Marshadow, Cosmog, Mimikyu, Golisopod, ect. For goodness' sake, stop making memes and go back to making quality Pok?mon goddammit.

Same here actually. When we first saw only their first forms I was all for Grookey but his final evolution while not bad isn't really my taste. Sobble's is interesting but again not my taste. Scorbunny's full line I definitely like the most.

Oh don't worry, you're not the only person here, I also really like the final evo of Scorbunny. In general, I find the final evos of all Starters actually quite good.

I think the pure typings means we get something in the game that decides the second typing. Maybe.

Also I actually like Raboot more than Cinderrace. But would probably go with Sobble or Grookie. Intelleon design is instantly iconic but I also like the rocker dude vibe of Rillaboom.
