Pokémon Red team

Well, I finally am starting Pok?mon Red, and before I start I want some team advice. I haven't even even looked into the availability of any of these, I have played Fire Red and had a similar team, minus the last one, which you will see in a sec.

Charizard
Nidoking
Exeggutor
Lapras
Magneton/Electabuzz
Dragonite

You still get Lapras inside Silph Co., right? And all the others are available as they were in Fire Red, correct? Any possible issues with movesets compared to Fire Red? And finally, Magneton or Electabuzz?

I haven't played Red in years, but I'm pretty sure that you can catch all of those pokes in Red and I remember getting a Lapras from Silph Co last time I played it.
About the moves I'm pretty sure that they learn way less moves than in Fire Red, since Red is so much older game.

You should check about pokemon locations and movesets from Serebii's dex. I'm always using it and it's really helpful for me.

I still have my original Red cartridge. I can't remember my team off the top of my head, but the main stars of my team were Charizard (W/ Slash) and Raichu :3

maybe whatever to help with first 2 gyms if you don't feel like hardcore grinding
and fill the rest of the slots up with whatever hm fodder you need

ai is dumb enough that you can very easily just solo the whole game with just the starter
