Pokemon mystery sky evolving

Im wondering how you evolve your starter. Say that i started with a piplup how do I evolve it? This is for Pokemon Mystery dungeon explorers of Sky or Time/Darkness

Munchlax couldn't evolve and pikachu neither

I remember now, Munchlax and Pikachu need specific things to evolve.

Pikachu - Thunderstone
Munchlax - Can't remember.

munchlax needs a sleep flute or whatever it is

already did that in darkness...

Then do it in Sky.

You need to defeat and add palkia and dialga to your team roster.

I think I have dialga on darkness, but im not sure about palkia and on sky im only in shaymin village.
