I love Pokemon music. It's gonna be hard to choose favourites. Hm...

Note that I would have put Village Bridge on there if it wasn't already mentioned. :>
Other honourable mentions go to Ecruteak City from HG/SS specifically, Hearthome City(day), Lavender Town, the Follow music, the Rival theme from R/B(G)/Y, the original Dive music from R/S/E, Opelucid City from Black, Humilau City and Iris' battle music.
Best overall soundtrack goes to B/W & BW2, followed by Pokemon X/Y.

playing through the Strange House the first time, I honestly fell in love with how creepy this sounds omg
N was my favorite character from the B/W/BW2 era, this song broke my heart the first time I heard it
when I hear this song I think back to the gold/silver days and it makes me feel so nostalgic. waking up on weekends for the bug competition.. stuff like that.

I have not noticed the difference in X/Y music going along routes/town music didnt sound different ot me when I actually had the volume on.. I think my favorite music was back in the 1st and 2nd gen game... It probably sounds dorky, but I have the full lavender town song on my computer. I was listening to itunes on shuffle and it came up one night. XD I wasnt paying attention, so when it started making a scratching noise i jumped.

Oh, yeah, now that I think about it, I nearly forgot a few:
How did I forget about this? I normally hate 1st route themes, but this one's just so cheery that I can't help but love it.
Not one of my favourite tracks in the series, overall, but you have to admit- it sounds like elevator music. Had to share that with you...
And now for a track that's actually one of my personal favourites. People say that X and Y's music was bad- but I beg to differ; this is a perfect example of how the music captures the mood. This song always reminds me of the end of a journey.
Don't ask me how I overlooked this. This was the one track that actually made me take Maxie seriously as a villain, and I love it for that.
I honestly like how this was made the new theme for Sky Pillar, especially considering how dire things turn out being in the Delta Episode.
