Pokemon Gold and Silver remakes? UPDATE!

I'm pretty sure that most of you, like me, have been wanting a Gold and Silver remake ever since Firered/LeafGreen.Well, while looking for info on bulbapedia I came across this little article on speculation and hints at a Gold/Silver remake.

The one thing that jumped out at me is at the bottom. It says that the names Pok

I still have Gold, but the battery died so now I can't save the game.
If they do remake Gold and Silver, Ash should make an appearance at the end of the game.

Once you beat the Elite 4 and the Kanto Gym Leaders, Mt. Silver opens up and this is where Ash is found.

^ I remember the first time I beat Red(not ash, Red was the character of the game series Ash was the anime's spin off character) I think it might have been one of the happiest days of my life. Ah... such simpler times.

Crystal was not a remake, It was the game that is supposed to differentiate from gold and silver.(the same with yellow, emerald, and platinum) And where is this article where nintendo said gold and silver would not be remade?

Ninty wants money. Biggest money maker to the Pokemon fans would be a Pokemon G/S/C remake.
