This is a thread for posting those pokemon titles that are only real in your wildest dreams

I'll begin with... Pokemon crossing, tho i have no idea how it would work. Would the villagers be able to evolve? Would you have to have them all? Could a ditto villager turn into another villager to tease you? oh, the possibilities

Hey now -- You never know!

The idea of a Pokemon fighting game - where I could actually control the pokemon, not Stadium style with the 4 set moves in a list - and use different combos to do different actual pokemon attacks was a crazy dream for me, too.

Oh wait, Pokken! :)

That was all I wanted. From the day I played Pokemon Stadium, I wanted to fight Pokies against Pokies, emulate trainer battles from the show a little better, ya know? And with more than the few available in Smash to choose from.

I'm all for Pokemon Crossing.

These pictures always make me want a Pokemon Crossing game. I also have no idea how the logistics would work, but it would be sweeeeeet.

I'd love to see the real Red/Blue/Yellow and Gold/Silver/Crystal on Virtual console, but that's only real in my dreams lol as they've said they won't do it since you won't be able to trade which is a large part of Pokemon. Doesn't really bother me though, cuz even if I did buy an old Gameboy and the original games there's no one around me I could trade with anyways.

But a neat crossover like Pokemon Crossing would be cool. I'd also love to see some spin off games like Gale of Darkness or something for Wii U as I've never played any of those.

That Pokemon Generations (fan)game. If you haven't seen it already, look up some youtube playthroughs. I really like how that went it was a shame it was cancelled.

A Crossover with Kirby (driving forces of villainy from Dream Land 2, 3, and 64), MLP (Mane 6 plus Trixie), Mario (Yoshi), Starfy (a certain trio of rogues), and what the title is about (guess).

The graphics should be sprite-based (with some models thrown in), the game should be set largely in Kalos (but have the Internet as an available path for bonus areas), and the available characters to play as would be...

-The hero (can transform into several different modes, like a car, a plane, and a boat, and has stretchy limbs; has some history with a certain archipelago) [familiars: Pikachu (obviously), Fletchinder (at some points), Froakie (should evolve at one point), Hawlucha]
-Clemont (has a stretchy arm and a stretchy hacksaw; feigns siblinghood with Bonnie) [familiars: Bunnelby (at the beginning), Chespin, his childhood Shinx (at this point an elderly Luxio)]
-Bonnie (is very versatile for navigating small areas; has a thing for Fairy types) [familiars: Dedenne, Flabebe]
-Serena (is the only one who can hover for short distances; somewhat ditzy) [familiars: Fennekin, Pancham (the baby of the bunch)
-Yoshi (utilizes his psychokinesis at a certain point, and is the only non-pony who can fly indefinitely later on; came to Kalos for tourism, is staying because of his true companions) [familiars: George the Blaziken (is playable by himself), Tootie the Wigglytuff (former nurse's aide), Charlie the Skiddo (the playful one), Fido the Goomy (acts somewhat like a VERY intelligent dog)]
-Rainbow Dash (flies faster than most of the flying group members; had two run-ins with a certain Malamar)
-Rarity (though a Unicorn, she can't fire magic beams from her horn; very fashion forward)
-Applejack (her bucking attack is very useful; takes her farming life very seriously)
-Pinkie Pie (jumps higher than the others due to her pronking; had transformed into an Eppaljeck prior to her joining)
-Fluttershy (not as fast or as physically capable as the others, but her Stare can damage by a long shot; has a very close friendship with a certain George)
-Twilight Sparkle (is easily the most magically capable of the entire group; now the Princess of Friendship)
-Trixie (can decieve her foes by firing special magical beams; used to mess with George until Yoshi redeemed her)

Temporary playables:

Alexa (quick to act; Viola's older sister) [familiars: Brian Griffin the Helioptile, Gogoat]
Korrina (can skate to go much faster than everyone else; is the Mega Successor) [familiars: Derek the Lucario (has a brother named Buddy)]

I'd love to see a pokemon game where you don't HAVE to do the gym/E4 challenge. There are obviously other things to do in the pokemon world; how about field study? Or being a pokemon doctor? Or owning a pokemon ranch and racing pokemon?

I'd say breeder, but that's sort of already done...though, why not a different sort of breeding other than IV breeding? Course that'd be more of a simulator...

I know the games came first, but since the anime IS such a big deal, how about some of the things we see people doing as careers (such as pokemon doctors, pokemon racing/having a ranch, etc)?

Since Gen III, there have been other things to do in the games (like contests and berry farming), but you still need to progress in the actual game/gym challenge to really get the most out of those (leveling pokemon for contest moves, having a good berry farming location to grow berries for better pokeblocks, etc).

So, I suppose I'd either like to see a simulator spin-off, or a pokemon game where you don't have to be the very best, like no one ever was, by taking the gym challenge and then becoming the champion.

I feel as if Pok?mon has huge potential, but it hasn't been utilised correctly. Sure, the new games are great, but they're all the same, basically. You're a new trainer, you have a dream, you choose your first Pok?mon, and then you battle people to win badges which enable you to progress, and that's really it. I think Nintendo should start experimenting with Pok?mon, coming up with original ideas, giving us a taste of something fresh, something new.

They do try, but then it doesn't sell because people aren't familiar with it.

Now that I've thought more about it, I think I'd actually just be satisfied with a pokemon title which allows more than one save file. >.>

Oh, and I forgot to mention before...another Pokemon Snap game! Longer and more challenging would be nice (as that game could literally be beaten in like...an hour or two). More areas/zones, more pokemon...maybe not having to play as Todd (customization options would be awesome).

I'd definitely support a 3DS Pokemon snap. Or even a WiiU Pokemon snap I suppose.

Pokepark battle mechanics, but with all the pokemon! I really liked the free roam it had too. So maybe combine pokepark with mystery dungeon?

Yeah, and there's a Decolora Islands spinoff game I'm thinking of making, too. Sserves as a crossover with Pokemon and Kirby, with elements from both series. The final boss is a fanmade 3rd form of 0.
