?Togepi/Togetic/Togekiss (Calm, Serene Grace, with no Egg Moves.)
?Drillbur/Excadrill (Adamant, Mold Breaker with the move Iron Head [tutor from B/W])

While I would prefer these to have at least 4 IVs, I'll accept any of these Pokemon with those moves, abilities, and natures.
