Pretty sure most of the 6iv legendary flowing around in GTS are indeed modified...because I have made a several just to see if I could upload them in GTS. Might want to mention those information to the buyers..but yeah, the egg breeds and gen 6 pokemons are most likely legitimate compare to the transferred pokemons.
