Pokémon Pokémon Art Academy?

I'm not really sure what compelled me to drop $30 for it in the Nintendo eShop, but I've been debating it for awhile and am in the midst of playing it now. I can't draw at ALL, but I thought it might be a cute way to waste time.

Has anyone else played this? And if so, does it actually help with drawing, even in the most minor of ways?

I have it, and I too am not a very good drawer. It's a good time waster but I find it only helps drawing skills a little bit. Like it helps to teach you good steps to take like construction shapes and whatnot if you didn't already know about those helpful steps. Otherwise though you'd still have to practice a lot on your own to get better at drawing (something I wish I had time to do lol.)

The free paint feature is nice too so if you want to freestyle something to do with Pokemon or even something non-pokemon related you can experiment and give it a shot.

Yeah it's kinda fun so far...and with my nonexistent "skills", I'll be practicing with it for awhile, lol.

I don't have it, but I am not sure if it helps, but it probably is fun.
