I'm going to make a list of things I want to see in the Pokemon XY anime and Pokemon: Origins short/special broadcast

I wonder if Ash is going to know about mega evolution at all during the Pokemon XY anime?

He'll probably find out about it while he is journeying.

Ok, that would be good. It's not like he has to do it; just find out about it.

As for a second person traveling with him, which gender do you guys think they should be? Also, which character from the XY characters revealed so far do you think it would be?

Please remember that we're just brainstorming rumors.

Maybe one of the friends in the games will be in the anime.

Which one though? I personally want a second traveling partner to be a guy so the ratio stays as it is. Usually in a group of 3 there's two boys and a girl. In a group of 5 there's three boys and two girls, and so on. Anyone ever noticed that? It's the same ratio used in a lot of media.

From this post on you guys post which character you think would be a good second traveling partner. I'll keep count and tally the votes on this post. The voting will be over in a week.

EDIT: I'm going to vote for the professor since it would be hilarious and interesting if the professor of the region traveled with Ash.

I want Brock to come back. It's not the same without Brock hitting on every girl he sees. And was the Origins anime for sure confirmed to be a special? It would have been a cool actual anime.

Oh and Ash will most likely find out about Mega Pokemon and I believe he will have at least one on his team.

I'm hoping atleast 1 of Iris/Cilan stays. Even though I doubt it. It'd be nice to have a familliar face who isn't Ash.

I don't know the names of all the rival/main chars of XY yet, but I'm sure a gym leader will join Ash, because there is always atleast 1 gym leader tagalong.

And whoever comes along I hope they aren't like Max, Dawn or Piplup. All of them bored me after a few episodes with them, and I pretty much only watched gym battles through their seasons because they generally weren't in those episodes much.

If Brock comes back, I will SCREAM. I loved watching Brock hitting on Nurse Joy and Officer Jenny.

Brock would bring back a lot of more fans. We can only hope.

I tried to email them, but I looked in the FAQ about emailing ideas and they said they don't use any of the ideas. I don't remember why, there was a lot of text.
