As of now I'm only using Mareep with Cyndalquil ICOE

Should I allow my mareep to level up? I heard that it can learn better moves not leveling up but on Marriland the stats are so much better for the final stage of mareep.

I'd suggest:

Leveling up if you want the stats from Ampharos
Holding it back if you want the moves quicker.

I leveled up, didnt harm me :3
