I've started playing pokeheroes and i have tons of gold nuggets! So im selling them for tbt.

Right now im selling a set of 50 GN for 260 TBT.

im also willing to trade some GNs for some collectibles like 3k GNs for something​

With this logic selling flight rising items/treasure/gems should be banned as well, which they aren't.
Gems are a premium currency that you get using PayPal / USD, but you can also earn them by playing games and trading your free currency, or items, to premium currency.
If we ban Nuggets, we need to ban PokeDollars as well as Flight Rising Gems, Treasure, Items and pretty much all offsite trading which just wouldn't make sense.

I think as long as people aren't directly saying "I'm buying these nuggets with USD and selling them for TBT," then it'd fine in my opinion.
As far as we know they could of farmed PokeDollars and earned them by exchanging at the 1,500:1 ratio.
