Because it's excessive and unnecessary. TBT Marketplace threads don't need to be bumped constantly, and the Mods say that you should bump with a minimum of 2 hours from your last post. Try to keep it consistent, and you may want to name a price you're willing to pay, as people don't like throwing offers out.
